THE BEACH: "Hibiscus House" is a brand new, 1650 sq ft, luxury 3 bed, 3 KING Beds 2 bath Single Family Home with a private swimming pool, located in Jupiter. The property is a short drive to Jupiter Beach where there is plenty of free parking.

THE LOCATION:

The property is conveniently located to I95 and numerous restaurants are within walking distance such as Duffy's, Panera Bread and Starbucks.

OUTSIDE:

There is a wonderful heated pool with sunshelf, colored LED lighting and outdoor BBQ grill area where you may spend your mornings enjoying the warm Florida sunshine with a nice cup of cappuccino or enjoy the lovely tropical evenings with a nice cold glass of champagne!  Complimentary pool heat for January and April. February and March $50 per day. Please note is can take 24 hrs for the pool to heat depending on the weather. Enjoy your very own putting green!

INSIDE:

This property is new & designed from floor to ceiling by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. You have a fully equipped and new kitchen with double fridge, and all items you need to make that wonderful meal. Diners can sit at the dining table whilst chatting with your chef! Don't forget the huge SMART TVs ROKU in the living room and bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms will offer luxurious King size beds and flat screen TV's. Everything is brand new and you cant beat the prime location!

STARTER PACKS:

All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.

ARRIVALS: Arrivals later than 10pm will be subject to a $150 late check in fee

Arrivals on Christmas Day $150 service fee as per the rental agreement

We will also walk the property to make sure there are no damages. We will ask you to sign a damage and liability form with a  copy of your credit card. This is destroyed 5 days after you leave. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel.

Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the villa's capacity or be under the minimum age requirement of 25 years of age, they may be required to pay for excess guests immediately or (in case of what the villa would label gross misconduct or misrepresentation) be denied the right to stay in the villa altogether without refund.

VEHICLES: RVs are not allowed in this community.

CANCELLATION NOTE: Please Note there is a cancellation fee of $250 or the Credit card fee whichever is greater when cancellations are made 60 days or more from arrival
