THE BEACH: "Villa Playa Blanca" is a luxury 2 bed 2 bath condo located in Jupiter Beach.  Sleeps 6 with a luxury sleeper sofa. The unit is located on the 2nd floor and offers a large screened in balcony with lovely views of Carlin Beach Park which is located just across from Jupiter Beach.

THE COMMUNITY:

The community offers 2 heated pools, tennis courts, and an on site restaurant which overlooks one of the community pools and the community Lake.

INSIDE:

This property has been fully renovated & designed from floor to ceiling by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. You have a fully equipped and new kitchen with double fridge, chef faucet and all items you need to make that wonderful meal. Diners can sit at the dining table whilst chatting with your chef! Free high speed wifi. Don't forget the huge SMART TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Both bedrooms will offer luxurious King size beds and flat screen TV's. Everything is brand new and you cant beat the prime location. There is even a George Foreman Grill on the balcony!

STARTER PACKS:

All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.

ARRIVALS: Arrivals later than 10pm will be subject to a $150 late check in fee

We always welcome our guests in person to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. We will also walk the property to make sure there are no damages. We will ask you to sign a damage and liability form with a copy of your credit card. This is destroyed 5 days after you leave. 

Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the villa's capacity or be under the minimum age requirement of 25 years of age, they may be required to pay for excess guests immediately or (in case of what the villa would label gross misconduct or misrepresentation) be denied the right to stay in the villa altogether without refund.

VEHICLES: Trucks, RVs, Vans or any commercial vehicles are not allowed in this community. There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change) for your stay. It is important to complete the HOA Documents and return them in order to obtain a parking permit. Without a parking permit your vehicle may be towed. POSHPADZ does not take responsibility for the cost of towing.
