THE BEACH: "Villa Mariposa" is a 1850 sq ft, luxury 3 bed 2 bath Single Family Home with a private swimming pool, located in Palm Beach Gardens/Juno Beach. The property is a short drive to Juno Beach between Donald Ross Road and PGA Blvd..

THE LOCATION:

The property is conveniently located to I95 and The Gardens Mall along with a wide variety of wonderful restaurants nearby.

OUTSIDE:

There is a large private heated pool & garden area, BBQ grill, covered patio with dining and lounge area where you may spend your mornings enjoying the warm Florida sunshine with a nice cup of cappuccino, or enjoy the lovely tropical evenings with a nice cold glass of champagne!  Optional pool heat $50 per day paid upon arrival.

INSIDE:

This property is designed by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team with comfort & luxury in mind. You have a fully equipped kitchen with all pots, pans, dishes and servingware items you need to make a wonderful meal for the whole family. Don't forget the huge SMART TVs in the living room and bedrooms. There are 2 luxurious King size bedrooms and 1 Queen bedroom, all with flat screen TV's. The living room also boasts a Queen sleeper sofa.

STARTER PACKS:

All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.

ARRIVALS: Arrivals later than 10pm will be subject to a $150 late check in fee

We will also walk the property to make sure there are no damages. We will ask you to sign a damage and liability form with a  copy of your credit card. This is destroyed 5 days after you leave.

Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the villa's capacity or be under the minimum age requirement of 25 years of age, they may be required to pay for excess guests immediately or (in case of what the villa would label gross misconduct or misrepresentation) be denied the right to stay in the villa altogether without refund.

VEHICLES: Commercial vehicles are not allowed in this community.

the Credit card fee whichever is greater when cancellations are made 60
days or more from
