Nestled in the heart of Boca Raton, this private elegantly appointed by POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors, 3000 square-foot home, with its prime beach location, has an indoor-outdoor orientation designed to take full advantage of the lush tropical surroundings. At the entrance, you’ll see a view of the home’s outdoor pool through glass sliding doors, set against the lush tropical greenery that borders the property.

The bedrooms are located on the east wing of the 3000-square-foot home and include the Master bedroom suite, with a King four poster bed, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower room that is separate from the deep luxury tub, and sunshine fills the room through a corner window to highlight the rooms marble floors, double vanity and granite counter tops.

Two other Guest suites offer King-sized beds, spacious closets, and each have their own en-suite bathroom. Each of the guest bathrooms have glass enclosed showers, tiled floors and plenty of plush luxury white bath linens.

The west wing of the home contains the living room, dining room, kitchen with separate breakfast dining nook and family game room with bar area, all with dark wood floors and large north-facing windows to take advantage of pool views. Doors from living, family room and kitchen areas lead out to a large private screened in patio with gas grill for barbecuing, outdoor seating areas and pool with separate hot tub.

The spacious open concept living room includes two comfortable sofas and 2 leather club chairs for gathering in the living area around the 60-inch HDTV, and the adjacent game room featuring a full size billiard table and bar area makes it an ideal spot for conversation, reading or playing games for everyone in the family.

Both sofas in the living room area are sleeper sofa's which can be easily converted to Queen beds at the end of the night for additional guests.

The dining room seats 8 and extra seating is available in the adjacent kitchen dining nook which seats 4. The fully equipped kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator, glass cook top, convection microwave and double oven making meals a snap to prepare. The adjacent dining nook has a TV, with desk area and a printer in case you need to set up an office away from home.

A laundry room with washer and dryer is just off the kitchen in the hall that leads to the two-car garage. Additional parking is available in the driveway. Everything you need for a day at the beach from chairs to umbrellas and coolers is provided.

The outdoor areas are perfect for relaxation and play featuring a cozy covered alcove with outdoor sofa perfect for watching the children play or curling up to read a book whilst looking out over the beautiful rays of sunshine sparkling like diamonds on the crystal clear azure waters of your private pool. There is another covered area which offers outdoor dining ideally located next to the gas BBQ grilling area, all overlooking the pool and private hot tub. Sun worshipers will find several comfortable sun loungers around the pool deck area to soak in the warm Florida sunshine.

The home is within walking distance of the whimsical selection of surf shops, day spas, boutiques,  and cafes, which are all just a few blocks away on Palmetto Park Ave (approximately 550 footsteps from your front door). Equally easy to walk to are the breathtaking white sand beaches, natural coral reefs and aquamarine blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean all skirted gently by Florida's trademark Sea Grape trees (approximately 360 footsteps from your front door)

Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the villa's capacity or be under the minimum age requirement of 25 years of age, they may be required to pay for excess guests immediately or (in case of what the villa would label gross misconduct or misrepresentation) be denied the right to stay in the villa altogether without refund.

We will also walk the property to make sure there are no damages. We will ask you to sign a damage and liability form with a  copy of your credit card. This is destroyed 5 days after you leave.
