We do not own properties on this website and cannot enter into rental agreements unless a separate legal agreement has been signed as in a.

The POSHPADZ ™ website acts as host for you and as a member of the site to offer for rent, rent for monetary gain a specific vacation rental property to renters who may wish to rent that specific property. POSHPADZ ™ is not involved in the contractual arrangements that may be required during this transaction although we may suggest various links that provide useful legal advice. This means that you have full responsibility for the accuracy, safety and legality of advertised property including all content and reviews regarding that property. POSHPADZ ™ does not purport to recommend renters or their financial ability to pay rent; you are solely responsible for your financial transactions relating to this website.

• This site is for the purpose of offering for rent and searching for vacation rental properties. A fee is charged to members but not to users searching for properties to rent. This means we grant a revocable, non-exclusive license for users searching for properties to search for properties and to make legitimate enquiries. Other forms of use for this site is strictly prohibited.

• Text, images, content and other materials on this site are protected by copyright laws and database rights and are specifically for your personal use. You must not use or gain access through software devices the content and materials from this site for any illegal, fraudulent or false action.

• If you terminate your listing after the first month for any reason whatsoever there are no refunds.
• When renewing your listing you agree to all terms and conditions.
• We reserve the rights to refuse the acceptance of any listing for any reason whatsoever

• We only accept payment in US Dollars with either credit or debit cards. We do not accept American Express.

• The receipts, invoice process and other emails emails are sent to the Property Owner/Listing Owner or Contact Person Email Address in Listing Susbscribtion Time. Susbcription will be live at site after appoval of POSHPADZ mostly within 48 hours.

• Refunds are acceptable in the first month of the advert going live only and only for the first listing. If you are dissatisfied for any reason please email info@POSHPADZ.com, requesting a refund during the first month of the advert going live and we will refund your fee minus our $50 administration charge.
